SurfaceInsight joins Automation AnywhereTM TAP
Chennai/India, [21st Aug 2020] – SurfaceInsight, a Trichy (India) based technology start-up, today announced that it has joined Automation Anywhere, Inc.’s Technology Alliance Program, to empower joint customers to automate end-to-end business processes with robotic process automation (RPA).
SurfaceInsight’s SurfaceAI is an Intelligent Process Discovery product that can discover processes in real-time, identify automation-ready process candidates and auto-generate automation scripts that work with leading automation suites.
Through the collaboration, SurfaceAI will be used to accurately scope, digitize the implicit knowledge and identify business processes that should be automated & then speed up implementations to achieve increased business efficiencies through Automation Anywhere’s leading intelligent automation platform.
This allows customers to scale their automation projects to remain resilient amid the Covid-19 crisis. Customers can complete process discovery with existing non-technical business operators, saving Subject Matter Experts time and effort allowing them to focus on process improvements. Customers will achieve improved automation success rate, cost savings and increased productivity with their RPA, AI or Hyper-automation initiatives.
