At SurfaceInsight, we believe that there is a better way to do Process Discovery. A more valuable and less invasive way where customers can discover processes, auto-document and automate them with clarity and confidence. We are obsessively passionate about it, and our mission is to help our customers achieve it.

Our Story
After working on many Robotic Process Automation implementations and seeing them fail to scale, we started to analyze the various reasons for their failure. Companies were unable to take full advantage of RPA due to many reasons mostly boiling down to an insufficient understanding of existing processes.
We came together in 2017 to ideate a solution for the inadequacies in the Process Discovery area. To find an improved Process Discovery method. In 2018, our start-up journey began at Tiruchirappalli Regional Engineering College Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Park (TREC-STEP), Trichy, India, under the able mentorship of experienced advisors.
